Pritchard Brothers, Inc. is a family owned business that was started by Frank and Steve Pritchard in July of 1976. In the beginning, and in the 25+ years since, their goal has been simple: They are committed to building quality homes & communities while building quality relationships with their homeowners. In order to insure this quality, Pritchard Brothers makes sure that the owners of the company remain directly involved in the construction process for each of their new homes. As a result, when you purchase a Pritchard Brothers home, you can be confident that the builder has paid attention to the details that make a home a quality home.
